Based on what was shown, it looks as though the new Saints Row game will have more in common with Saints Row 3 than anything else, still embracing its silliness while being more grounded than the most recent entries in the series. The Saints Row reboot looks like it will retain the over-the-top open world action of previous games in the series, though it seems to be pulling things back a bit when compared to Saints Row 4 and Gat Out of Hell. Keighley was on hand with actor Bryce Charles to showcase a cinematic reveal trailer for the Saints Row reboot, explaining the basic premise of the game while also showing some brief snippets of gameplay.
